Representative Brandy Fluker-Reid Endorses Frank Baker For Councilor At-Large Citing His Experience to Deliver Results For The 12th Suffolk Boston Communities

ree

BOSTON – With a crowded at-large city council field and a body that is relatively junior in tenure, State Representative Brandy Fluker-Reid is eager to have representation on the Council of someone who has a long, demonstrated track-record of delivering for constituents consistently.

The Boston residents across the 12th Suffolk communities of Dorchester, Hyde Park, and particularly Mattapan can often feel invisible and disconnected from City services and resources. Anyone who has worked with Frank Baker has witnessed his ability to deliver for constituents. The Representative believes strongly that Baker’s past delivery of services are much needed and will be well received by her constituents.

“From the time I first ran for office, and throughout the time our districts overlapped when Frank Baker served as a district councilor, he has always been open and responsive to me, and made sure his office is there for anyone who calls, said Representative Brandy Fluker-Reid. The people of Boston deserve a leader who will listen, pick up the phone, and actually help them. That’s who Frank is and why I’m thrilled to endorse him.

With 12 years as a district city councilor and 25 years working in city departments, he brings unmatched experience, independence, and common sense. This is exactly the type of experience and leadership that my constituents in Mattapan, Hyde Park, Roslindale and Dorchester deserve to deliver results for us. I know he’ll be even more impactful as an at-large city councilor, and I’m proud to endorse and support my friend Frank Baker.”
